Rules of the No Purchase Obligation Public Contest
"30 years Starway
Article 1 : Organizer
The present competitions (hereinafter "the Competition") are organized by Starway, an entity of the CSI audiovisual group, whose head office is located at 22 rue Edouard Buffard 77144 MONTEVRAIN, France, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 448 320 788 00038. Article 2: Acceptance of rules
Participation in the competitions implies full and unconditional acceptance of the present rules. Any person who does not wish to accept the rules may not take part in the competitions.
Article 3: Conditions of participation
The 30 contests are open to all natural persons of legal age. Participation in the 30 contests is free of charge and requires no purchase.
Employees of the Organizer, as well as their relatives (parents, brothers, sisters, children), are excluded from the 30 contests.
Minors must obtain prior consent from their parents or legal guardians to take part in the 30 contests.
Article 4 : How to enter
Participation is exclusively as follows:
- Free online registration via the starway.eu website or via the entity's social networks between February 4, 2025 and midnight November 27, 2025.
- The participant must complete the registration form with the information requested: surname, first name, e-mail address, etc.
- Only one entry per person is permitted per contest. In the event of multiple entries, only the first entry will be taken into account.
Article 5: Contest duration
The 30 contests will begin on February 4, 2025 at midnight and will end on November 27, 2025 (the "Participation Period").
Article 6: Selection of winners
The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Participation Period. Draws will take place every week from February 4, 2025 to November 27, 2025, under the control of the Organizer.
Winners will be contacted by e-mail or telephone within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification being sent, he/she will lose his/her right to the prize and a new draw will be held.
Article 7 : Prizes to be won
The prizes offered to the winners are as follows:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced by cash.
Article 8: Delivery of prizes
The prizes will be sent to the winners at the address given when they registered within 4 weeks of receipt of their confirmation. Should the prize be unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equivalent value.
Article 9 : Liability
The Organizer may not be held liable for any incidents, losses or damages resulting from participation in the contests, including any technical errors that may affect the smooth running of the contests. Similarly, the Organizer may not be held liable in the event of force majeure or an event beyond its control disrupting the running of the competitions.
Article 10 : Personal data
The personal information collected in the context of the competitions is intended solely for the management of the competitions and the awarding of prizes. In accordance with current legislation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), participants have the right to access, rectify, delete and port their personal data. They may exercise these rights by sending a request to the following address: contact@starway.eu
Article 11: Modification of the rules
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the contests at any time, without prior notice, particularly in the event of force majeure or unforeseen events. In the event of modification of the rules, the modified version will be published on starway.eu/reglement-jeu-concours-30ans-starway.
Article 12: Disputes
The present rules are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these rules, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. In the absence of an amicable solution, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of Melun (77).
