Background and expertise

With a long track record in professional lighting distribution, Bob Roos has held several strategic roles. He notably spent thirteen years at Varilite, contributing to the development of the international network and partner ecosystem. His deep knowledge of distribution channels, market expectations and regulatory frameworks directly supports Starway’s export roadmap.

Mission and priorities

His mandate is built on three priorities: strengthen existing partnerships with close support, open new territories through selective long-term agreements, and harmonise export service excellence. From product availability to pre-sales support, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience across the entire international network.
