In August, Bob Roos, Starway’s Export Director, visited starway's distributor, FACE Danube PRO in Romania. A focused field visit to tighten the partnership and set the next steps across a wider scope: Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria and Moldova.

Beyond a tour of the showroom, the session was about execution: aligning priorities, mapping needs across Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Moldova, and organising the ramp-up of resources. Technical workflows, service processes and logistics were reviewed with a clear goal—give integrators a relationship that is direct, responsive, and perfectly coordinated.
Proximity and method
The visit confirms a simple, effective way of working: clear points of contact, controlled lead times, and continuous support from pre-sales to after-sales across all four countries. Starway and FACE Danube PRO agreed a calendar of field meetings with partners and an internal training track designed to turn intent into delivered projects.
What’s next
Over the coming weeks, joint teams will finalise partner visits in Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria and Moldova, and roll out dedicated technical sessions. Same standard everywhere: a smooth experience, swift answers, and a level of service that matches market expectations.
