CSI audiovisuel undertakes, within the framework of its activities and in accordance with the legislation in force in France and in Europe, to ensure the protection, confidentiality, and security of the personal data of the users of its services. It also aims to respect their privacy.

4. Who are the recipients of your data?

The data collected is intended for CSI Audiovisuel's internal departments and its subcontractors.

The data may also be processed by CSI Audiovisuel's partners. These include situations where partners are involved in the provision of services. This may also involve processing to which you are asked to consent.

Finally, the processed data may be transmitted to the competent authorities, at their request, in the context of legal proceedings, judicial investigations and requests for information from the authorities, or to comply with other legal obligations.

5. Is your data processed outside the EU?

The data collected may be processed outside the European Union. In this case, CSI Audiovisuel takes the necessary steps with its subcontractors and partners to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data, in full compliance with applicable regulations.

If the subcontractors and partners concerned are not members of the Privacy Shield agreement for transfers to the United States of America, or are not located in a country with legislation considered to offer adequate protection, they will have previously signed the European Commission's "standard contractual clauses" or will be subject to binding internal rules approved by the authorities.

6. What are your rights?

You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data. You can request data portability. You also have the right to object to the processing or request its restriction.

You can issue instructions regarding the retention, deletion, or disclosure of your personal data after your death.

Specific rule for telephone canvassing: any consumer can register free of charge on an opt-out list called "Bloctel" to prevent further telephone calls from a professional with whom they do not have an ongoing contractual relationship. 7. How to exercise your rights

You can exercise your rights at any time and contact the Data Protection Officer at the addresses below.

Any request to exercise your rights must be accompanied by a photocopy of proof of identity (French national identity card, European Union identity card, passport, French residence permit, French residence permit, or French travel book). 8. Possibility of contacting the CNIL

If your exchanges with CSI audiovisuel have not been satisfactory, you have the possibility of filing a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL), the supervisory authority responsible for compliance with obligations regarding personal data in France.

9. How is your data secured?

CSI Audiovisuel ensures that your data is processed securely and confidentially, including when certain operations are carried out by subcontractors. All personal data processing is explicitly documented in our processing logs, which are available to you upon request. Your data is stored securely and encrypted to ensure maximum security. We have appointed MICRO INFO EXPERT (SIREN no. 790300396) as our Data Protection Officer, whose role began on 25/05/2018. CNIL designation no. DPO-16695.
